As a detailed organization, the research group conducts research and development activities for the inspection and measurement
system for the display field and conducts research on (mass production) deposition equipment for the display field.
We are developing inspection and measurement equipment for domestic and overseas display panel manufacturing lines. Major
technologies include non-contact 3D surface measurement technology with sub-nano resolution, transparent thin film thickness
measurement technology, 2D fine pattern CD measurement technology, Vision Inspection technology, and high-precision stage
Based on accumulated technology and know-how accumulated over many years, the best people are committed to researching and developing to enhance the reliability and competitiveness of equipment. Furthermore, we are increasing the application to new fields such as glass logistics, Imprint, and cover glass by combining deep-learning (artificial intelligence)-based vision inspection technology with existing inspection technology.
We have a lot of experience in producing small and medium sized OLED research equipment and mass production equipment for
major OLED mass production investment in China, and we are committed to research and development aiming at developing
high-quality equipment that meets customer's needs based on accumulated know-how accumulated over many years. \
In particular, through the research and development of deposition and encapsulation system which is core OLED process,
we already have the technology to bring satisfaction to domestic and overseas customers.
